House calls are usually the optimal service for behaviour management of pets because:

• Some pets are more likely to show the problem behaviours in the home environment.
• Some pets don't travel well (especially cats!!).
• Viewing the home environment is important.
• Watching the pet interact with its owners in the home is important.
• Watching the pet reacting to local stimuli, such as visitors and pedestrians that pass by enables Dr Cam to gain a better insight into many problems behaviours such as barking and aggression.
• House call are often more convenient for the pet owner as they don't have to travel away from home with pets that hate car travel.

If your pet's problem is serious and worrisome, then a full-therapy house call consultation is the recommended service.

Features of Full-Therapy House Calls

• A full and detailed assessment of the problem occurs (takes about 30 minutes).
• The therapy follows and takes at least another 90 minutes and is science-based and welfare focused.
• You get a written Web Assist Treatment Summary (usually on a CDROM) prepared on the spot so you have written confirmation of what you should be doing. This means you don't have to take you own notes. Further, the Web Assist Treatment Summary is like your front page to Pethealth.com.au helping you navigate easily to the information you need to read and avoiding other information which is not relevant to the problem that interests you.
• A Sound Advice Audio CD verbatim recording of the consultation is prepared so that every word of advice is trapped. Therefore you don't need to worry about missing a thing and the recording can easily be shared with others who may not be able to attend the session.
• Free telephone back up is included for the length of Web Membership you choose so your long-term success will be optimised.
• Reduce-fee rechecks are part of your Web Membership.

House Call Hours

• Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
• Two evenings per week. (Evenings vary depending on the season).
• Reduced-fee consulations are sometimes available at time-specific periods of the week. (See consultation details below for more information).
