When tormented by the difficult behaviours of their pets, many folk don't know where to start, where to look for good advice, what results to expect or even the questions they need to ask.

For such folk, Dr Cam's live Tele-Assist service is the ideal first step.

Telephone Assessments via Tele-Assist are a minimum of fifteen minutes in length and, for South-East Queensland pet owners, can be extended into a clinic or house call consultation as needed.

Features of the Tele-Assist Service

• The most economic way of getting personal assistance from Dr Cam and his team
• Includes a brief Web-Assist Treatment Summary that is emailed to you shortly after your Tele-Assist. This means you can start work on the Do It Yourself solutions but with Dr Cam's written Web-Assist as your guide
• Very good for pet owners without easy access to Brisbane
• Very good if you don't know what service you want.
• Very good if you want an overview of your pet's problem before committing to other services.
• Very good if you are not sure if you need the services of a Veterinary Behaviourist.

  Tele-Assist Hours

  • Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
  • Two evenings per week. (Evenings vary depending on the season).
  • Reduced-fee consultations are sometimes available at time-specific periods of the week. (See consultation details below for more information).

  All consultations are time charged. For current rates, please see the link below or ring Dr Cam on 07 32550022. (Consultations are 10% cheaper for members).

  To get your service at the most economic rate:-

  1. Take up membership first because consultations are 10% cheaper for members (excludes some reduced-fee consultations)
  2. Membership also allows you to make full use of your Web-Assist Treatment Summary
  3. Then select your preferred booking from the list below. Once you are logged-in as a member, the service will be shown at the reduced rate
